Author Guidelines

  1. You should send the electronic versions of articles in format LaTeX2e developed in a template with use of a style file and PDF files by email of the journal: cheb@tspu.tula.ru.

  2. The manuscript is accompanied by the brief abstract in Russian and in English which should contain 150 - 250 words both in Russian and in English. The keywords belong to the abstract, but they are separating by omitting one line.
    All the materials are being presented to the Editorial Office in two copies.

  3. The text of an article starts with a UDC cipher (Universal Decimal Classification), then follows the title of an article, the initials and the surnames of authors, with indication of the place of residence (town or city) in brackets and an abstract follow.
    Then the English translation of the article title, author's surname and initials in romanization with indication of a city of residence in brackets and an abstract follow.
    The article should have the following structure: Introduction, the Main part consisting of one or several sections, Conclusion.
    The article must be carefully checked and signed by all the authors "to press".
    All the pages of the manuscript, including tables, a list of literature, images and figure captions, are to be numbered. After a list of literature, the names of institutions where work is executed are given.
    The list of literature must contain not less than 15 items and be defined in the standard GOST (state standard specification), as well as duplicated in English on the
    Harvard standard.

  4. In a separate sheet information about each of the authors is specified in Russian and English: surname, name, patronymic name — fully, the academic degree, rank, position, the full name of their institution, the full postal address, the telephone with the area code number, and email address. It must be specified an author responsible for correspondence and the negotiations with the Editorial Office.

  5. The Russian authors submit to the Editorial Office the commission act on the fact that the article does not contain information related to a state secret and can be published in open press.

  6. The deviations in manuscript layout from presented rules allow the Editorial Board to take a decision about excluding the article from publication in a current volume of the journal (the article can be published in the following volume).

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. This article has not published previously, as well as is not presented for consideration and publication in any other journal (or the explanation is not given in the Comments for Editor).
  2. The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.
  3. Internet links are provided as a complete URL. 

  4. Text should be typed with an interval of one line spacing, font Times New Roman, 12 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text  (and not at the end of the document).
  5. Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in  Regulations  located in the Part "About Us." 

  6. Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the  anonymity of reviewing.
