Способ основан на вычислении потенциала обменаорреляции с использованием итеративной процедуры. Расчеты испытаний для двухатомных систем показали, что наш подход позволяет найти энергию связывания атомов и равновесное межатомное расстояние в димерах примерно с той же точностью, что и метод Кон-Шама, но гораздо быстрее.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The author has developed a method of solving the variation problem of the densityfunctional theory within the framework of the orbital-free approach with the generalized gradientapproximation. The method is based on calculating the exchange -correlation potential usingan iterative procedure.
