Полагается, что оси источника и рассеивателя не являются параллельными и не лежат в одной плоскости.Получено аналитическое решение задачи.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this paper, the problem of diffraction of a cylindrical sound wave on an elastic multilayer cylinder located in a homogeneous ideal compressible liquid is considered.The primary disturbance field is a cylindrical harmonic sound wave emitted by a linear source.
